Enjoy a three-hour cruise on Lake Michigan aboard the Seascape captained by Glenn Kennedy. Chef Jennifer, owner of Black Tie Personal Chef and Concierge, will prepare an elegant hors d'oeuvres buffet, passed appetizers and delightful dessert for you and 5 friends to enjoy while relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of Milwaukee from the water.

Black Tie Personal Chef and Concierge, Jennifer Goetzinger and one staff will be on board to provide elegant food service and bartending. Black Tie will provide a small buffet in the lovely cabin of the yacht and will pass platters of menu items.

Buffet set items ready upon guest arrival will include:
-Avocado sweet pea edamame mash and Roasted eggplant, poblano chili puree served with artisan flatbreads, fruit nut crackers and non-gluten crackers, displayed with berries, asparagus and candied nuts
-Herb rubbed beef tenderloin stuffed with pine nut asiago filling, skewered with fresh rosemary sprig, served warm with drizzle of infused rosemary oil
Chicken Marguerite style pizza on homemade cauliflower crust with roasted artichokes, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil
Passed Items
-Macadamia crusted halibut or grouper, pan seared, set on Belgian endive leaf, drizzled with triple sec and fresh orange rind reduction
-Lemon rosemary chevre piped in phyllo tart garnished with blanched asparagus tip and candied lemon zest
-Individually plated dessert to finish the cruise
Slivers of Flourless chocolate decadence served with fresh raspberry coulis

Cruise dates are May 15, 2019 thru October 15, 2019, based on schedule availability.
