The mission of the Northern Kentucky Children's Advocacy Center (NKYCAC) is to keep children safe from abuse, and when abuse occurs, to work with our community to bring healing to these children and their families.

In 2018, more than 800 children were seen at the Northern Kentucky Children's Advocacy Center for sexual and/or physical abuse. NKYCAC provides a multi-disciplinary team approach through forensic interviews to minimize the number of times a child must tell their story, Advocacy and Support, Specialized Sexual Assault Medical Exams, Mental Health Therapists, Court preparation. In addition, the NKYCAC provides community education on topics related to child abuse.
