Salamanders, spiders and sparrows! It's time to go on a magical forest adventure at our 150-acre Butler Campus with our one-of-a-kind outdoor immersion camp for young children, modeled after Laurel's extremely popular Outdoor Pre-Primary School and led by Laurel faculty. Campers will explore nature along the wooded trails, near the ponds or in the creeks and will participate in open-ended play in our activity area. Each camper will experience a variety of process art opportunities throughout the week. This camp runs outdoors in all weather--in the event of lightning or high winds, our cozy Yurt will provide shelter. Campers must be three years old at the time of camp, secure in their potty training, be appropriately dressed for the weather and have a sense of adventure!
