Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc, 2025, Marlborough, New Zealand

Greywacke (pronounced gray-wacky) is a gray river rock found all over New Zealand. The winery of the same name was founded by pioneer winemaker Kevin Judd, who produces small, premium-quality wines made from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir in Marlborough. This isn't your average New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, though its elegance will leave you gobsmacked! Fresh, but rich in texture, this wine is dry with pristine notes of honeydew melon, apricot, white peach, lemon-sherbet, fresh-snipped herbs, and crushed seashells. An utter treat!
