We don't use an overly abundant amount of polled genetics on our place, but Smoke Stack has stuck out to us the last few years so we gave him a try and boy are we glad we did. This female just keeps getting better every single day. She has the phenotype and the numbers to go along with it to make anyone excited. We believe she will be a standout donor in the coming years.

The seller keeps 100% profits of the natural calves. The buyer will not receive any feed, vet or other bills pertaining to yearly maintenance of the female. The buyer and seller can either split flushes (buyer gets the odd egg on the first flush, seller gets the odd egg on the second flush - continue to rotate), or if an agreement on a mating cannot be made, the buyer and seller will rotate flushes. Drug and flush cost will either be split or covered in whole by whoever is doing the flushing depending on the option selected each time. Virgin flushes will not be an option. In the event the female is shown, the seller will cover all show expenses.

COPELAND AND SONS RETAINS ALL DNA AND CLONING RIGHTS. As soon as the sale has ended, the buyer is 100% reliable for their purchase. NO FEMALES WILL BE PICKED UP, DELIVERED, OR TRANSFERRED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH COPELAND AND SONS LLC. ALL CATTLE MUST BE PICKED UP WITH 10 DAYS OF THE SALE OR A DAILY FEED AND MAINTENANCE FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
