Important Details & Restrictions:

-Reservations & Availability

-Experience is valid for two years from the auction date.
-Dates must be coordinated in advance with the house representative and are subject to availability and existing house events.
-Holidays are excluded.
-Maximum of 25 guests, excluding working event staff such as chefs, DJs, and other service providers.

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for removing all trash following the event, returning outdoor chairs and tables to their original positions, and cleaning the kitchen and any cookware used. Guests may bring their own cooking utensils and cookware.

The house will handle general interior cleaning (excluding the kitchen), bathroom maintenance, and cleaning of the BBQ/griddle.

Biscayne National Park Rules

-No lobster harvesting.
-No spearfishing.
-No drones.
-No jet skis.
