A silver Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) bracelet is a significant piece of feminist history, originally popularized in the 1970s.
During the height of the ERA push in the 1970s, the League of Women Voters of the United States (LWVUS) produced silver-colored nickel cuffs embossed with "ERA". These were worn by prominent activists like Betty Friedan and Shirley Chisholm.
