As The Arc of Central Alabama continues to meet the growing needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across our community, we are expanding to ensure every person we serve has access to the resources they deserve.

This year, we are transforming our ArcWay property into the new home of The Arc Food Bank and Employment Services. By bringing these essential programs together under one roof, we will create a centralized location that allows us to better serve the hundreds of individuals who rely on us each year.

The expanded food bank will provide more space to receive, organize, and distribute groceries to the people we serve. Our Employment Services will also have a permanent home where individuals can build job skills, receive employment support, and take the next step toward greater independence.

Tonight's Fund the Need will help make this vision a reality. Your generosity will directly support the improvements needed to open the new ArcWay facility, including:

• Building repairs and fresh paint: $10,000
• Furniture and workspaces: $10,000
