Silent Auction Rules & Guidelines
Bidding Eligibility & Registration

All bidders must register online prior to placing a bid. A valid name, phone number, email address, and payment method are required.

Auction Duration

Bidding opens on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 8:00 pm CST and closes promptly at 9:00 pm CST on September 12, 2026
No bids will be accepted after the closing time.
Bidding Process & Minimum Increments

Bids must meet or exceed the stated starting bid for each item.
Incremental bids must adhere to the designated minimum bid increment displayed on the item listing.
Once a bid is submitted, it is considered a binding commitment to purchase the item at that price.

Winning Bids & Payment

The highest qualifying bid recorded at the close of the auction will be declared the winner.
Credit cards on file for winning bidders will be charged automatically within 24 hours of the auction closing. All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or cash redemptions.
Item Pickup & Shipping

Winners attending in person may collect their items at the designated checkout desk at the conclusion of the event.
Virtual winners will be contacted via email regarding pickup dates or shipping arrangements. Standard shipping and handling fees apply for items delivered by mail.
