Outdoor Tent:

- Reservation times: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Includes tables, black linens, and chairs for seating for up to 100 guests.
- 90 minute set up time prior to event (early setup may be available for additional cost)
- 30 minute clean-up time following the reservation end time.
- Rental fee is non-refundable.
- China service is not available for outdoor events

Inside First Floor of Rathskellar Pub:

Fine Print:

Tax & gratuity not included, An additional $100 security deposit, refundable upon conclusion of event provided clean-up is complete and on time. Bar Packages are available for an additional charge. China place setting additional $3 per person upon request. Absolutely no confetti (nor confetti balloons) or glitter of any type is permitted. All balloons and decor must be removed from premises following the event. You may bring in non-alcoholic beverages of your choice. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED AND STRICTLY ENFORCED. DUE TO STATE LAW ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED. If found, we reserve the right to terminate the event immediately with no refund. We are permitted to sell PA produced alcohol. If you have a specific beer or liquor request, please ask us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note we do not have beer tap systems. We do not provide food for events. You may bring in home-made prepared food or use any full- service caterer you wish. We do not allow caterers or guests to cook or prepare food in the kitchen; all food must be delivered ready to serve. Refrigerators space may be made available upon request. Smoking is NOT permitted inside any of the facilities, indoor or outdoor. Outdoor smoking must occur at least 15 feet away from any facility entrance and must use proper disposal in receptacles. Speakers may be used to play music inside the facility with prior approval. No live music is permitted with the exception of weddings. Guests will exhibit appropriate conduct on Winery premises as well as around adjacent buildings and parking lots. Failure to comply with any reasonable requests by staff or regarding Winery fixtures and equipment, noise volume or conduct may result in the immediate termination of the event and/or the removal from the premises. Children must be under adult supervision at all times. Pets are allowed outdoors only. All pets must be on a leash, well behaved, and owners are required to clean after their pets.
