Know Before You Go
What to bring:
- A valid ID. This event is 21+, and IDs will be checked before entrance to the event is allowed.
- A fun outfit! Costume or Cocktail! Wear your best Oz-inspired outfits! Not feeling like a full costume? No worries- wear something to emulate a character or vibe from the story! If if wear face paint or any face covering, you will not be permitted to enter the gaming area of Live! Casino- you will be able to enter the event area.
Parking
- Parking is free at Live! Casino & Hotel. There are two open-air lots and a parking garage.
- Live! also offers a complimentary valet service.
Food & Drink:
- We'll have a selection of hot appetizers for you to snack on during the event!
- There will be cashless bars available for guests (pay with card).
- Live! Casino & Hotel has amazing on-site restaurants, and we are encouraging our guests to try one out before the party starts!
What to expect at check-in:
- We'll ask for your name and to see an ID that proves you are 21+.
- If you are at a table, we'll tell you which one and how to find it.
- You'll receive a door prize ticket.
Auction Information
- Silent Auction ends at Noon on Sept. 27th.
Auction item pick-up is at Renesting's warehouse (1331 Driftwood Drive, Bossier City, LA 71111) on Sunday, Sept. 27th, from 1 pm to 4 pm. More detailed information will be sent to the winners. - Auction items must be paid for in GiveSmart. We will not accept cash or checks.
- If you win and pay for an item but do not pick it up, we will consider it abandoned after 30 days. No refunds will be approved for abandoned items.
Other Info:
- This is a cashless event, except for tipping your bartender and valet (valet is free and optional).
- All auction items, games, and donations can be paid for via GiveSmart with a debit or credit card. Live! Casino bartenders will also accept your debit or credit card.
- Only ticketed guests are permitted to enter the event space.
- Renesting staff and board members will be easily identifiable if you have any questions or concerns!
- There are security guards protecting this event.
