Undulating Color - a sculptural silk masterwork by Kenny Nguyen.

  • Sculptural silk "deconstructed painting" created from hundreds of hand-torn, paint-dipped silk strips by award winning artist Kenny Nguyen.

  • Themes of identity, reinvention, and belonging, inspired by Nguyen's journey from Vietnam's Mekong Delta to Charlotte

  • Exhibited at major institutions including the Mint Museum, Saatchi Gallery, Brooklyn Museum, and leading galleries worldwide
Recipient of the Asian Art in London Award presented by Sotheby's

  • About the Artist: Born in Tre Province and raised on a coconut farm in the Mekong Delta, Kenny Nguyen's early life surrounded by silk cultivation deeply shaped his artistic language. After immigrating to Charlotte in 2010, he shifted from fashion design to fine art, earning his BFA in Painting from UNC Charlotte. His signature "deconstructed paintings" merge Vietnamese cultural memory, sculptural form, and contemporary abstraction.

A rare opportunity to own a museum-level work from an artist ascending on the global stage.
