In 1993, the very first season of Holiday Express, founder Tim McLoone made a promise to bring comfort and joy to those often forgotten. With a handful of volunteers, the group visited ten charities, and a tradition of giving was born.
As we begin our 34th Season, Tim and Holiday Express - a troupe of 1,500 volunteers, including 150 professional singers and musicians - continue to share the healing power of music and friendship. This year, Holiday Express will bring its unique brand of music, food, gifts, hope and joy, and much more to over 25,000 adults and children in need. We will host nearly 100 charitable events throughout the tristate area from early November to Christmas Eve. In 2026, we reflect on our history and look to our future with the same commitment Tim made to those in need in 1993 - to deliver the gift of human kindness.
