Join TMCF for an unforgettable evening celebrating leadership, legacy, culture, and impact at the National Museum of African American History and Culture.


Hosted by actor and producer Larenz Tate, the evening will bring together influential CEOs, executives, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and changemakers for an elevated night of networking, recognition, and celebration.


We are proud to honor Dr. Mark Frohman of Frohman Consulting Corp., Dr. Shuana Tucker-Sims, newly elected National President of The Links, Incorporated, and present a special Legacy Award to The Divine Nine in recognition of their enduring contributions to leadership, scholarship, service, and community.


The celebration will feature a live performance by Grammy-nominated artist Marsha Ambrosius and a live DJ set by legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff, along with curated food, entertainment, and more.

The reception will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, beginning at 6:30 PM at the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the program begins to allow sufficient time for check-in

Yes. The dress code is After 5 Formal/Cocktail Attire. Guests are encouraged to embrace an elevated, sophisticated look appropriate for an evening of celebration at the NMAAHC.


Will food and beverages be served?

Yes. Guests will enjoy a curated culinary and beverage experience throughout the evening.


Is the event open to the public?


This event is open to ticketed guests only. Tickets are available for purchase through September 9, 2026.

The reception is designed as a social and networking experience, with a combination of standing and designated seating areas.
