- Chateau de Beaucastel 2005
Château de Beaucastel boasts extensive vineyard holdings and is one of the most legendary estates in the Southern Rhone Valley. The estate's wines are renowned worldwide for their complexity and aging potential. With a rich heritage dating back to 1549, when Pierre de Beaucastel acquired the estate's first vineyards, the family's commitment to winemaking excellence has spanned generations. The 2005 Châteauneuf-du-Pape opens with meaty gradations, followed by dried fruits, forest floor, tobacco and grilled herbs. Savory and expressive, this fleshy red remains firmly structured by grippy tannins yet captures wonderful freshness. Finishing with lovely persistence.
- Domaine de la Charbonniere Cuvee Vieilles Vignes 2007
The 2007 Domaine de la Charbonnière Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Vieilles Vignes is a dense, full-bodied red from the southern Rhône Valley. Crafted primarily from 80-year-old Grenache vines, it offers rich, concentrated notes of black cherry, raspberry, chocolate, and herbs, and will last through at least 2032. 2007 was an excellent vintage for Chateauneuf du Pape, and in many wine reviews, this Domaine de la Charbonniere old vines cuvee was the top wine.
- Domaine du Vieux Lazaret 2015
Domaine du Vieux Lazaret is a historic 100-hectare estate in France's Rhône Valley, farmed by the Quiot family for over 275 years. This velvety, plush red 2015 is noted for its black-plum and mulberry flavors and is a classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape blend primarily made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault,
