Auction Rules & Conditions of Sale
The 44th Annual Silent Auction will begin on September 14 at 8 am and close on September 27 at 6:30 pm. All are invited to bid, whether at the event or from afar! To bid from home, make sure to register.
The Museum assumes no risk, liability, or responsibility for the authenticity of the authorship or any property identified on this site. All property is sold "as is". The Museum makes no representation or warranties, expressed or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in the property.
All items should be picked up from the Museum in a timely manner, and refunds will not be given on unclaimed items. The Museum reserves the right to dispose of the property in any manner it deems appropriate if the successful bidder does not remove the property within the agreed period of time. Should the item need to be shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
