Big Cypress Celebration
Combining adventure and learning, this family friendly event at Big Cypress National Preserve features a variety of hikes led by experienced guides. Participants of all ages enjoy live music, nature-based activities, and more. This year, we're marking a special milestone: October 10 falls the day before Big Cypress turns 52, and Gator Nate is back to help us celebrate. 100% of ticket proceeds benefit The Alliance for Florida's National Parks, the official philanthropic partner of Big Cypress National Preserve and Biscayne, Dry Tortugas, and Everglades National Parks

- Guided hikes every 30 minutes (9 AM-3 PM)

Hike Options Available
Guided hikes depart every 30 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with small groups of 15 participants.

Clothing
Please be prepared for wet conditions on the trail. Depending on the weather, hikes may range from dry to wet and muddy. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that can get wet, along with old sneakers. Bring a change of clothes and shoes.
