Coach Whitaker's wife Presley was in a serious horse accident on Monday, May 4th. She got a rope wrapped around her arm and was drug around until she hit a fence, which broke her jaw and severed her hand. She was flown to Salt Lake City from Bozeman for higher level care. They attempted to reattach her hand, but that was unfortunately unsuccessful due to the degree of damage. Kyle & Presley will be in SLC for some time for further treatment. Updates will be made on the Chute Boss and MSU Rodeo pages when they are provided.

The support from the Bobcat Rodeo family has already been incredible and we ask that you keep the family in your prayers as they navigate the road to recovery and the changes that will come from this terrible accident.

The Chute Boss Club & Cat Rodeo Scholarship Association is organizing this fundraiser to support the Whitaker family during this difficult time. Funds will be allocated to an account solely used for this purpose and will be distributed directly to the Whitakers.
