One half interest sold in the National Western Hereford sale for $40,000 to Stellpflug Cattle Co. Gunslinger is Homozygous Polled and his pedigree is packed with the best bulls and females from our program in recent years. Cows like: 45C - Dam of Herd bulls, 19Z - Mother of donors and herd bulls across the country, and 8032 - The dam of Final Print. Plus sires that are leaving their mark on the breed: Benton, Lincoln and 33Z. Gunslinger offers you the latest genetics, backed by generations of proven, working cattle and great uddered females. Gunslinger is one of the highest performing bulls we have ever raised with a 205 day weight of 868 lbs. He is soft made, deep sided, with an excellent set to his feet and legs plus great thickness. Top that off with a set of EPD's that combine acceptable BW with growth in the top 1% of the breed and 10 traits in the top 5% of the breed. His mother, 125L, topped our fall 2023 sale as a heifer calf with 1/2 interest going to Ollerich Brothers Herefords. She not only gave us an outstanding set of ET calves, but as a 2 year old she raised her natural calf with a BW ratio of 96 and a WW ratio of 108. Like other Lincoln daughters, she has a beautiful udder and she is on her way to being the next cornerstone donor of our program. With all of the great producing, great uddered females in his pedigree, Gunslinger should leave a fantastic set of females plus have the ability to sire bulls with power and agility.
