Enjoy a two-night getaway to historic Americus, Georgia. Located 2.5 hours south of Atlanta, Americus is the birthplace of Habitat for Humanity, home to historic architecture, and the gateway to Southwest Georgia- a region known for producing some of the finest cheeses, meats, and liquors the nation has to offer.
Your curated Americus visit will include:
- Two-night stay at the historic Windsor Hotel
- Historic walking tour from the City of Americus
- Behind-the-scenes tour of Cafe Campesino Coffee Roastery
- Meal + wine for two at Chef Lee Harris's Sweet Georgia restaurant
- Guided history of pecan production from Horne Pecan Company
- 1-hour photo session with photographer Madison Hernandez
- Optional guided tour of nearby Plains, Georgia
