PREMIER AUCTION
THIS IS A PREMIER ITEM WITH A RESERVE OF $3,500. While every prize in our auction is special and unique, we have set aside a small selection of truly spectacular items to wow bidders and maximize the funds we can raise for a vibrant and healthy lake.
One threesome of golf and lunch at exclusive Due Process Stable scheduled on a Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday, through November 30, 2026 (caddie fees and carts not included).
Listed by Golf Pass as one of "the 10 most insanely private golf courses you will never get to play" and one of a dozen of the most private courses in the word, Due Process is the most private of private clubs.
It was built in 1992 for $40M by disgraced stock trader Robert Brennan as his own private course. Former US Open Champions Johnny Miller and Gene Bates were brought in to design the layout. It's known for its massive horse sculptures, a nod to the fact that it is a working equestrian center. It was sold to Goldman Sachs executive Peter C. Gerhard and John Ferolito, co-founder of Arizona Iced Tea, who owned it for 16 years. Membership was limited to 100 people and initiation fees were reportedly $350,000. In recent years, it has gone through beautiful renovations.
As one of the nation's more expensive private clubs to join, those lucky enough to receive an invite are treated like royalty for the duration of their stay. The course has 18 signature holes, each having a distinctive characteristic presenting challenges and opportunities for all. To keep the thoroughbred stable feel, turf grasses such as Kentucky bluegrass and tall fescues frame the fairways and greens. Golfing here is a truly memorable experience!
We've been the lucky recipient of this opportunity that you'll simply be hard pressed to find elsewhere. This is your shot at Due Process!
