Holiday Home Makeover combines outdoor holiday lighting from ABC Home & Commercial Services with professional Christmas tree decorating by Laney Lawson for the 2026 Christmas season. Combined component value is up to $3,200: up to $2,000 for lighting and $1,200 for tree-decorating labor.

ABC lighting service is available in the Greater San Antonio area. It includes labor and materials for installation and takedown. The winner owns and keeps the lights. Christmas 2026 installation is available after the November 13 event, with design, pricing and installation scheduling arranged with ABC. The winner pays any amount above $2,000. Unused balance does not carry forward to the following year. Future-year reinstallation is not included and is a separate paid service.

Tree decorating covers labor for one tree up to 12 feet tall and a maximum 7-foot diameter. The winner supplies the tree and decorations. The tree must be fully assembled and illuminated before the appointment, with decorations and storage bins accessible nearby. Tree assembly, lighting installation and post-Christmas takedown are not included. Additional or new decorations require a separate custom quote.

Tree decorating is valid for Christmas 2026 only and scheduled based on availability. The winner must contact the decorator within seven days of the November 13 auction, by November 20, 2026. Tree-decorating service is available in the Greater San Antonio area and surrounding communities; locations outside the normal service area require approval.
