Then settle in for an elegant dinner for two, where panoramic Catskill views, soaring cathedral ceilings and original 1893 woodwork provide the backdrop for a memorable Hudson Valley meal. Seasonal menus feature prime hand-cut steaks, fresh pasta, seafood, salads and soups, with selections changing throughout the season.
