This 2017 screenprint by Mark Mothersbaugh, "An Homage to When Rubber Was King," measures 30 x 22 3/8 inches (76.2 x 56.9 cm) and comes from the Collection of the Akron Art Museum as a Museum Commission. The Akron Art Museum commissioned this print in celebration of the debut of Mothersbaugh's Rubber Kusturd sculpture; the print recreates the artist's line drawing of the sculpture on its shipping crate. It was editioned by Professor Hui-Chu Ying and students from the University of Akron Myers School of Art printmaking department. The print is sold unframed.
