Calling all curious explorers! Your student and a few friends will enjoy a one-of-a-kind outdoor adventure with Saint Joseph Grade School's science teachers-Mrs. Howard, Mrs. Mark, and Ms. Venner. This engaging experience begins with a guided nature walk at a local park (think St. Patrick's Park, Bendix Woods, etc.), where students will discover plants, animals, and the fascinating science all around them. Along the way, they'll observe wildlife, ask questions, and learn about the landforms and ecosystems that make up our South Bend community.
After the walk, the fun continues with a relaxing picnic and outdoor games-perfect for connecting, playing, and continuing the adventure in a hands-on, informal setting. Ideal for students who love nature, science, and the great outdoors, this experience is sure to inspire curiosity and wonder!
