PHIL HAWKINS is a Los Angeles-based multidisciplinary contemporary artist focusing on sculpture, installation, and jewelry casting. After earning his BA from Bellevue University in Nebraska, Hawkins worked in design, foundries, and fabrication studios alongside artist colleagues. Previously, Hawkins's famous work studio was located in the historic First National Bank headquarters' abandoned vault space, built in 1917. Hawkins's work has also been published in periodicals including VoyageLA, The Reader, Vogue Spain, the Omaha World-Herald, and Fox 42 News Channel. He has won several OOEA awards, including Best 3D Artist (2017), Best Solo Exhibition, and Best Group Show in Omaha, NE. In 2018, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued a patent for Hawkins's jewelry design. In 2025, Hawkins was awarded a biographical record inclusion in Who's Who in America.
