AMI PARK is a New York-based multidisciplinary artist working across textile installation, sculpture, and painting. Through repetitive processes of stitching, binding, knotting, and layering fiber materials, her work explores themes of tension, accumulation, memory, and human connection. Drawing from her background in fashion and craft, she transforms traditional textile techniques into sculptural systems that investigate the relationship between control and organic growth. Park received a BFA in fashion design from Parsons School of Design. Her work has been exhibited at The Bronx Museum of the Arts, MANA Contemporary, Pen + Brush, Chashama, and CICA Museum, among others. She is a recipient of support from New York Foundation for the Arts, CERF+, Puffin Foundation, and Artists' Fellowship, Inc. Park has participated in residencies at LMCC Arts Center, Prairie Ronde Artist Residency, and Stove Works, with upcoming residencies at Oak Spring Garden Foundation and Stove Works in 2026.
