Over our 35+ years of operation, the Enterprise Fish Co. has seen many changes and looks but nothing more dramatic than the original retrofit from the commercial laundry that once existed here. Rightfully named after our predecessor, the Enterprise Laundry served as the premier laundry for all of the coastal hotels and restaurants in the area. Some of the original laundry employees still visit us today for lunch and tell us stories of how they use to fold sheets here when they were "youngsters".
