TICKETS
Tickets will either be available for pickup at the event or will be transferred to the winning bidder, a
minimum of 24 hours prior to the event.

PACKAGE REDEMPTION
Trip winners will receive an email within 15 business days after the event containing their redemption
certificate number and instructions for accessing our dedicated Trip Winner Portal. The portal includes
everything needed to begin the trip planning process, including important information, next steps, and
direct communication with their dedicated Booking Specialist. Reservations must be made at least 60 days
before travel and are subject to availability and property inventory. Event dates are valid for the
designated calendar year only.
