4 of you will enjoy one week directly on St. Maarten's Simpson Bay beach. These 2 private access beachfront suites on the Dutch side are offered for 4 people and include everything you need for a fabulous vacation.

Bask in the sun and enjoy the crystal clear turquoise Caribbean waters. Spend your mornings relaxing on the patio or at a local patisserie enjoying croissants. Head over to the morning local fish market for fresh snapper and get lucky at the casinos in the evening or drive over to the French side for dinner.

Optional: be a special guest on Island 92, St Maarten's premier radio station with DJs Dr. Soc and Mr. S!

Both suites are fully equipped with full kitchen, filtered water system for drinking water and Keurig coffee maker. Each includes a private bathroom with fully enclosed glass shower, air conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed internet access and DISH LED Television. There is a queen-sized bed in each suite with the softest linens.

Maid service included, and both units are dog friendly. Access to laundry room and a full outdoor bathhouse is included as well as private access to the magnificent Simpson Bay Beach. Parking is available inside the gated drive.
