In Buddhism, Metta is the concept of loving-kindness, an attitude of benevolence to all. This is what animates the work we do at Metta Massage Therapy. People come to massage for different reasons - for injury recovery, pain relief, relaxing recreation, emotional restoration and more - and we have the training and hands-on skills to help our clients accomplish any and all of these goals. Our massage therapist, Pony, has training in advanced orthopedic techniques, which focus on correcting body alignment, improving range of motion in the joints, recovering from injury and maintenance for athletes. She is also certified in working with cancer patients and survivors and competent in working with those who have experienced trauma. No matter what brings you into the treatment room, we are ready to help you meet your goals in an environment infused with nurturing care. Come, let us share our metta with you!
