Mindful Birding Session in Central Indiana for up to 5 People
Connect with yourself, the birds, and the landscape during a guided Mindful Birding experience. Mindful Birding is a nature connection practice which elevates deep listening, slow observation, and presence. Participants utilize their senses to witness birds and explore how these observations feel in the body, heart, and mind.
Rather than a traditional "bird walk" where identifying and check-listing are elevated, this experience focuses on sensory observations in the present moment.
This 2-hour Mindful Birding session, led by Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Michelle Morton, will include time built to explore observation prompts, meditations, and/or journaling to elevate this mindful experience. This experience can accommodate up to 5 participants, and can be redeemed through 2026.
