The home has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The primary bedroom is on the first floor, has a king bed, dedicated work station, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds (bunk). All bedrooms have space for a pack-n-play. There is a full bathroom on the second floor to accommodate the upstairs bedrooms.

Blackout dates and restrictions: The home is fully occupied August 2026 and August 2027. The owner will work with the winner to find a time that works for all parties. There are blackout dates (reflected on the Airbnb calendar) but the winner can book through the end of 2027 so there are options for fall, spring and summer of next year as well.
