Join Physicians for Reproductive Health for an evening grounded in purpose, power, and collective action, honoring two courageous abortion providers whose leadership and care are transforming their communities - even in the face of relentless political attacks, harassment, and criminalization. The evening will feature a special appearance by John Oliver, host of Last Week Tonight.

Your support directly fuels our nationwide movement of physician advocates - equipping doctors with the training, tools, and platforms needed to shape public narratives, advance evidence-based policy, and push back against coordinated attacks on reproductive health care. Through strategic communications, public policy advocacy, and frontline organizing, physician advocates lead the defense of reproductive health, rights, and justice, as well as the fundamental freedom to control our bodies and our futures.

EVENT FAQ

Event Check-In 
Doors open at 5:30 PM, with our pre-event reception beginning at 6:00 PM. During the pre-event reception, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy networking, food, and drinks. Please ensure you arrive on time to enjoy everything our pre-event reception has to offer. 

For check-in, you will enter through the venue's main entrance and approach the registration table to enter the event space. All guests must be checked in individually. For security purposes, if you leave the event space, you will be required to check in again. 

We'll have table assignments for all guests again this year. We'll notify you of your table number at check-in.

The program will begin promptly at 7:30 PM, so we recommend arriving no later than 7:15 PM to ensure you have time to get settled before the program starts. 

Guest Changes 
For security purposes, we will not be able to admit people to the event who are not on the guest list. Please make sure to update us if your guests have changed. 

Dress Code 
We suggest smart casual, but there is no formal dress code. Dress for a night of gathering in support of PRH-whether that means cocktail attire or wearing an abortion T-shirt underneath a blazer-it's up to you! Come dressed in what feels right for a night of gathering and celebration.

Event Location  
For the safety and security of all attendees, the event location will be disclosed one week before the event via email. Guests who purchase tickets or sponsorships will receive a notification with the venue details at that time. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.

Discounted Tickets

We will be offering a limited number of discounted tickets for medical students, residents, and fellows. Email Amanda Steele, Senior Director of Development, at [email protected] for more information and to obtain the discount code to enter at checkout.

Refund Policy

All ticket and sponsorship sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation or postponement of the event. If the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed, attendees may transfer their ticket to the new date or request a refund. If you wish to give your ticket(s) to someone else, please notify us of this transfer. In the case of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be provided. We ask that this request be put in writing and sent to us at [email protected].
