11" x 14" Canvas Reproduction of Original Artwork

Artwork by Current Therapeutic Rider Elijah-Atom Seyfried

Artist Statement:

I wanted to make this donation to help raise funds for the programs at Dreams on Horseback. I have been in the therapeutic riding program since 2012. I love that I was one of the first kids in this program. I have learned so many awesome things from riding. I am overwhelmed with gratitude that I am able to learn equitation and make friends with these awesome horses and the volunteers.

The volunteers are always so happy to see me and I have a great feeling of belonging here at Dreams on Horseback.

I love all of the people here so much.

I am donating an untitled, 11"x14", 1:1, print of one of my original acrylic paintings.

I enjoy painting with acrylics and use these pieces to make postcards that I send to people around the world in the Mail Art community.

I was one of 200 Mail Artists that participated in the, Rubber Stamp Portrait Project 2023-2024, by Adam R. (MN)

I sold 5 paintings to Union County United Way, 2024. I was very happy about that!

I also have collectors in the United States. Cool artists like Scott MacLeod (TX), Terry Owenby (MN), Debbie Poole (OR), and Miekal And (WI), and many others in the US that I have collaborated with.

I am so glad I can donate this print. I hope it brings Dreams on Horseback a little money to help other young kids. I am an adult now and feel that I owe the people at DOH a lot for teaching me about how to be a seriously better communicator. Talking to the horses with gestures and the reins has taught me that I am able to do awesome things the way I am.

Thank you,

Elijah Seyfried
