• A 3-hour beautifully curated experience for up to 10 guests
• Private chef and interactive, three-course steak-forward dinner featuring premium cuts such as wagyu, ribeye, sirloin
• Guided tasting of three premium labels of small-batch bourbons
• Dedicated bourbon expert
• Full setup and complete cleanup (you relax - we've got it)

OPTION 2: Night of Fire: A Brazilian Churrasco

Dinner & Wine Pairings for 12

Your Churrasco Experience Includes:

• 5-hour open-flame BBQ experience for 12 guests
• Private chef preparing Brazilian grilled meats, seafood, vegetables & sides
• 1 bartender pouring premium wines for pairings
• Setup, service, and complete cleanup
• Interactive grill-side experience and chef carving station

Additional Information

Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable.

For winning bidders, the Foundation's auction fulfillment manager will contact you within 24 to 48 hours after the event date to connect with you about shipping/fulfillment details. If the item is very small, a reduced shipping fee may be applicable.

No Refunds:

All sales are FINAL. Experiences may be subject to change based on vendor regulations, availability, and/or tariffs. In the rare event an experience becomes unavailable, the vendor/Foundation team will make every reasonable effort to fulfill the experience with an equally comparable package.

By participating in the Live Auction, you acknowledge that bidding is a voluntary action and, should you win an item, you are responsible for paying the full final bid amount.
