The Walnut Street Theatre Annual Gala returns on May 13, 2026 to the Ballroom at the Ben!

Join us to celebrate arts education accessibility and the legacy and future of America's Oldest Theatre. Help us to raise $300,000 to support the Walnut Street Theatre's award-winning education programs. Your participation will enrich the lives of over 100,000 students annually throughout our community, and maintain the world-class production values of all our performances.

As America's Oldest Theatre, our walls have echoed with generations of artists and audiences. Their stories of joy and struggle, progress and possibility, all mirroring the American experience itself. This year's theme "Voices and Stories" honors this extraordinary legacy while celebrating the power of theatre to amplify voices and connect communities across time.

We will also proudly honor our 2026 Edwin Forrest Award recipients, Frank and Marianna Mirabello.
