There are 3 bedrooms on the left side of the great room. The bedroom at the back has a king bed and a single. The middle bedroom enters from a short hallway and has a queen size bed.

There is a full hall bath next to this bedroom (tub/shower combination). The front bedroom, facing the ocean, has 2 twin beds. On the right of the great room are 2 more bedrooms that open into the living area. The ocean view bedroom has a queen size bed and a single. The bedroom behind this has 2 twins. This bedroom opens into a full bath (tub/ shower) that is also accessible from the living area. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. This property enters from stairs located on the side of the building with a very large deck - 1/2 covered and 1/2 open with a picnic table. There is also a private deck on the beach side as well with stairs to the beach. If you are looking for an affordable large beach front property with great ocean views, Ocean Villa #2 would be a great choice for a vacation on Edisto Beach.

Rental is for one week, Sunday to Sunday, between October and March. Expires March 31, 2027. Excludes $150 cleaning fee to be paid to SCWF when booking.
