Today, you have the rare opportunity to experience one of The Club's private, members-only residences on a three-night vacation for up to six to eight guests (depending on the location). Nearly all of Exclusive Resorts' four- and five-bedroom homes (averaging 3,500-square-feet) are located in private resorts or residential enclaves. Each is carefully vetted and maintained, featuring best-in-class amenities like chef grade kitchens, private infinity-edge pools, and expansive outdoor gathering spaces.

Unlike villa rental companies or luxury hotels with staff servicing thousands of guests every day, you'll have your own dedicated on-site team to manage every detail. ITEM RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

Vacation will consist of one stay in an Exclusive Resorts residence in an eligible destination for an individual (23 years of age or older) and his/her guests. Vacation is not transferable and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Exclusive Resorts occupancy agreement, including, without limitation, maximum occupancy restrictions.

Travel must occur within 18 months of the event and will be forfeited if not completed by that date. Eligible destinations are subject to change. Reservations for specific dates, residences, and destinations are subject to availability. Additional nights may be available. Blackout dates apply (including but not limited to the seven-day periods surrounding holiday weeks designated by the club).

Air and ground transportation to and from the destination, and all other expenses, including but not limited to meals and drinks, phone calls, government fees, transfers, insurance, any taxes, and optional activities such as golf or spa treatments, are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

The winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts club property, with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, which are permitted subject to the club's pet and animal policy.
