Gather your 11 favorite people and take over the Private Oasis Room at Local Lime West for a night of great food, good company, and a lively course in the spirits we love most.

We'll start the table with a round of our most-loved salsas and apps, paired with a tequila flight organized by region. Highlands on one side, Lowlands on the other, so you can taste for yourself how elevation, soil, and climate change what ends up in your glass.

Along the way, our team will walk you through the stuff we geek out about. What a NOM actually is (hint: it's more than the sound you make eating chips and salsa). How one distillery can make several different brands. And how we choose every tequila, mezcal, sotol, and raicilla that earns a spot on our shelf.

Everyone orders their own entrée off the menu, along with a cocktail or glass of wine. Before dessert, we'll pour a second flight that goes beyond tequila into mezcal, sotol, and raicilla, the corners of the agave world most people haven't explored yet.
