Pat Johnson's long awaited book " Blue Collar Photographer" is here, covering over 45 years as one of San Francisco's premier shooters. With 208 pages of color and B/W photographs and personal stories. From intimate portraits, rare backstage shots, and live concert photographs of Rock and Roll, Hip-Hop, Blues, Metal and R&B legends. With an introduction by Joel Selvin.

Pat Johnson has been one of the top commercial photographers in the San Francisco area for over 35 years. His list of clients has included David Bowie, the San Francisco Giants, Sony, the Golden State Warriors, Journey, Ubisoft, Kelloggs, Michael Jackson, eHealth and the Rolling Stones, to name a few.

His images have graced such publications as Rolling Stone, Time Magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle, the New York Times and People Magazine, along with editorial pieces, corporate brochures, advertising layouts, and over 300 LP and CD covers. His gallery shows have received rave reviews, and several of his photos are on display at the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. He recently received the prestigious Los Angeles Music Award for Lifetime Achievement.
