• Fourth of July (June 28 - July 5, 2026): Celebrate summer in true Vail Valley style with front-row Avon fireworks views from your private balcony on July 3 and the chance to ride with the Roundup River Ranch parade float in the iconic Vail America Days Parade.
• Spring Ski Week (February 27 - March 6, 2027): Enjoy peak ski season with gondola access just steps away and effortless access to Beaver Creek Mountain.
