Located in the Sabine Mountains in the Lazio region of Italy north of Rome, this private estate is just an hour drive from Fiumincino airport. With unobstructed views of Mount Soratte, this stunning home is located on a private 50-acre fully gated property filled with walking trails, fruit orchards, and hundred-year-old oak trees. The home itself consists of a manor house and a small villa connected by a portico, with a combined 4 bedrooms (three with Queen beds and one with two twins) and 3 ½ bathrooms. The house also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with oven and a washer dryer. Below the main house, a path winds down the hillside to a 20-meter pool with a changing room, courtyard garden, and mimosa tree.

This 50-acre property is an oasis of privacy (fully gated) and has walking trails, fruit orchards (apple, peach, fig, persimmon, cherry & plum trees, blackberry bushes, olive groves, and wild asparagus) growing in the shade of umbrella pines & hundred-year-old oak trees.
