Summer at St. John's - Eagles Sports Camps
Middle School Strength and Conditioning Summer Program (Coed) - Choose 1 Session
Rising Grades 7 - 8

The St. John's Prep Strength & Conditioning staff is excited to coach your athlete for what will be the 8th year of our summer strength and conditioning program! With multiple offerings, there's an opportunity for everyone from rising grades 7-8 to participate.

Our middle school offering is a fantastic 2-day/week (1 hour/day) introductory program that highlights every aspect of our high school program, while in a more appropriate setting developmentally. Our programs are built under this notion of "progressive overload," meaning we'll do a little bit more every session based solely on their own personal performances from the days and weeks prior.

We will provide educational nutrition content in a bi-weekly manner focusing on one specific nutrition habit at a time. We follow a "good, better, or best" outline for each habit to find an appropriate starting point for everyone's needs. In addition to the handout we'll give directly to the athlete, the coaches will pass along our nutrition information to the parents at the beginning of every other week so that you can support your child as much as possible.

These training programs will emphasize speed, strength, and power development. All students, regardless of experience or ability, are encouraged to join. Coach Tocco and the S&C Staff create individualized training programs for all athletes, and work hard to cultivate an environment that allows your athlete to build confidence, make friends and establish a healthy relationship with their personal wellness. It just so happens that they will get leaner, faster, and stronger in the process!

Please note: All Strength and Conditioning programs are a six week commitment; we are unable to prorate any number of days/weeks based on individual athlete schedules.
