Help your athlete learn how to properly throw the football while building confidence, leadership, and strong fundamentals. This package includes four quarterback development sessions led by QB Four U coaches.

This training is designed for boys ages 8-13 and girls (youth through high school) who want to learn proper throwing mechanics for tackle or flag football. In flag football, having multiple players who can confidently throw and make quick decisions is a game-changer - and that's exactly what we focus on.

Sessions emphasize:

• Proper throwing mechanics (rotational mechanics to help protect the arm)
• Footwork and balance
• Decision-making and processing
• Confidence and leadership at the QB position
• Age-appropriate strength and coordination work

Coach Demian Reyes is a longtime football player and youth coach who has played since age 8, including three seasons at quarterback, and has coached both flag and tackle football in the Arlington Heights area. He currently serves as a head coach in the Arlington Dawgs program and focuses on developing young athletes on and off the field.

Coach Ian Luyando is a former college quarterback at Aurora University and Buffalo Grove High School graduate. Ian specializes in quarterback mechanics, footwork, and helping athletes develop efficient, repeatable throwing motion.

QB Four U incorporates modern QB development concepts, including rotational throwing mechanics inspired by leading QB educators such as Rob Williams, with an emphasis on protecting the arm while improving performance.
