Mulligans* (max 2 per player) - $5 each
Skins (max 1 per player / 4 per team) - $5 each
Lewis Johnson Olympic Gold Putt Challenge - $5 
Designated Impact Player* - (1 per team) - $20
     Designated player shoots from the front tee at par 5 holes.
Raffle baskets & door prizes
