A collection of five homes and a swimming pool, The Park is a one-of-a-kind vacation destination on Saint Simons Island. From families to couples, The Park can accommodate up to twenty-four guests.

Included for these two dozen guests is a two-night stay (check-in on Friday; check-out on Sunday) on a property that includes a pool, a chef's kitchen in each unit, and an outdoor dining table to accommodate all guests. The property is located within walking distance of the Pier and Mallery Park, which includes a playground, basketball courts, baseball fields, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

Enjoy a fun-filled, Japanese-inspired dining experience for 12 diners, featuring a full, gorgeous tablescape and an onsite hibachi dinner, complimentary of Coastal Hibachi. Your personal chef will prepare a lively and delicious meal right before your eyes, making for a night to remember.

Additional guests may be added at the winning bidder's expense. Early booking is essential to secure your preferred date.

• Mandevilla: 4 Bedroom/2 Bath (2 Kings + 2 Double + 2 Twins) and Large Chef's Kitchen
• Fig, Ivy, Jasmine, and Wisteria: 2 Bedrooms (2 Kings + 1 Bath) and Chef's Kitchen each.

The winner will have from May 3, 2026, to May 3, 2027, to select a weekend. Weekends are based on availability and exclude blackout dates. Weekend must be booked no later than Monday, June 16, 2026. Excluded weekends are Georgia/Florida Football Weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year's, and Easter.
