Hosted in the enchanting Berkeley home of EB parents Laura Spiekerman and Nick Greene, this extraordinary dinner party will feature a collaborative multi-course tasting menu created and prepared by our chefs using thoughtfully-sourced, organic ingredients. Each chef brings a distinct culinary perspective shaped by years of experience and a shared passion for seasonal, locally sourced food.
Chef Jennie is a chef and artist who believes deeply in the convivial and healing power of bringing people together through food. She blends Latino-Mediterranean flavors with local ingredients and food culture to create memorable dining experiences.
Chef Hiromi is a dedicated farm-to-table chef committed to crafting delicious, seasonal meals using carefully selected organic ingredients. Her cooking reflects a deep respect for sustainability and the regeneration of local communities, the land, and the planet.
Chef Graham draws on more than 40 years of experience in kitchens throughout Europe and coast-to-coast in the US. His approach celebrates fresh, clean flavors and exceptional ingredients sourced from local farms and markets, creating meals meant to be savored slowly and enjoyed without hurry.
Together, the three chefs will design an evening that plays with unexpected elements of texture, aroma, sound, sight, and taste-transforming a traditional dinner into a playful and immersive sensory experience. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines selected to enhance and elevate the flavors of the menu.

Special Notes: Dinner for 8 guests, plus hosts. Dinner to take place Saturday, May 23 or alternate date as agreed upon by all parties.
