This new endowment fund honors Kathy O'Reilly as she prepares to retire after 20 years of serving SPICE at St. Brigid and 46 years in education.

When Kathy helped launch the SPICE program at St. Brigid of Kildare in 2006, she knew that every child, regardless of learning differences or challenges, deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated.

Because of Kathy's vision, courage, and unwavering commitment, hundreds of children with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, academic needs, and social-emotional challenges have found not just support, but belonging. Families have found hope. Teachers have found guidance. And students who once struggled to find their place have discovered that they truly matter.

As Kathy prepares to retire, this is a beautiful opportunity to honor her legacy in a way that reflects her deepest passion: giving teachers the tools, training, and confidence to serve every child with excellence and compassion.
