Beautiful wood floors extend throughout the entire space, and the kitchen offers a large center island with granite countertops, two sinks and stainless dishwasher. The kitchen is outfitted with GE Monogram appliances, stainless steel refrigerator, separate under-counter beverage cooler and gas range. The dining room seats up to 10 guests and the living room has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, plush furniture and sliding glass doors to the pool deck. The laundry room behind the kitchen is also redesigned with with full-size washer and dryer, counterspace and cabinets.

The bedrooms in the main home include a master with King bed and full bath with walk-in shower, a second bedroom with King bed and full bath with walk-in shower, and a third bedroom with 2 Queen beds and full bath with tub/shower combination. In 2025, the owners also created a new powder room (half bath) in the hallway to better serve the common areas of the home. The guest house has a King bed and full bath with shower, as well as a wet bar with mini-refrigerator, microwave and sink. The guest house is detached and has an entrance separate from the main home so guests can come and go as they please. All 4 bedrooms have TVs and the home offers free wireless internet access.

One of the focal points of 4 Black Skimmer is the outdoor pool area that is beautifully furnished with patio furniture, gas grill and privacy wall. This home is located directly on the paved beach path, and a private staircase leads you from the pool to the beach path for an easy stroll to the beach without having to cross any streets or encounter motorized vehicles. Additional amenities include free daily tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club, and the option to heat the swimming pool for an additional charge.
